Tech support was also great – we reported the timestamp bug and it was fixed within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, for our specific reporting/recording needs, the automatic option didn’t deliver the email in the right way – formatting was lost, previous information was mixed up, and the end result was difficult to manage. As a result, we removed this option and switched to a manual method that better suits our system and needs for quick thinking.
