Pixel 6 Review: The Cut Price Google Flagship Phone
The OnePlus 7T Pro has a massive, gorgeous display, is the fastest responsive phone by miles, and has a competitive in-display fingerprint scanner. Photo: Samuel Gibbs/The Guardian
The follow-up to the best smartphone of the first half of 2019 is surprisingly the best phone to end 2019. The OnePlus 7T Pro is a minor upgrade to the stellar OnePlus 7 Pro, keeping all the good bits, improving the camera and speeding up the fingerprint scanner.
The monster’s 6.67-inch QHD+ AMOLED display, which runs at 90Hz – compared to 60Hz for most of the competition – is arguably the best in the business. It’s bright, sharp, and super sleek, and it’s got no holes or camera notches. The selfie camera pops up on command – a consistent audience.
Cheapest 5g Phones In India In 2022: Poco M4 Pro, Realme 9 5g, Redmi Note 11 Pro+, And More
7T Pro is the fastest feeling – anything goes. It has Qualcomm’s best chip, the Snapdragon 855+, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of fast UFS3.0 storage – enough for practically everything. The in-display optical fingerprint scanner is even faster than before, putting the competition to shame.
The latest OxygenOS 10, the company’s super-smooth version of Android 10, is also arguably the best in the business, and you’ll get fast updates for three years.
The triple camera system on the back is also good, combining a 48-megapixel main, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera. New to the 7T Pro is a Super Macro mode which is surprisingly good, producing sharp images from just 2.5cm from the lens – great fun. The 7T Pro can’t beat the iPhone 11 Pro or the Pixel 4XL, but it matches or beats the rest in terms of detail and usability.
The 7T Pro lasts around 32 hours between charges, making it one of the top performers. Charging is also very fast with the company’s WarpCharge system, reaching 70% in just 34 minutes via cable. However, there is no wireless charging.
Apple’s $429 Iphone Se Is One Of Its Cheapest Phones Ever
Support for two SIM cards is convenient for work or travel. It is somewhat waterproof, but does not have an IP rating. There is a limited edition and 5G version of the McLaren in the US, but not in the UK, where the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is still the current model.
Unrivaled display, speed and in-display fingerprint scanner combined with smooth OxygenOS 10 make even everyday tasks a pleasure. The massive OnePlus 7T Pro is worth the stretch.

Good things come in small packages. The iPhone 11 Pro isn’t the biggest or most expensive of Apple’s 2019 smartphones, but it’s the best, and almost the best, phone of the year.
The Best Phones With 8gb Ram: Galaxy S22, Pixel 6, And More!
The iPhone 11 Pro combines an impressive, large enough 5.8-inch screen, a thin, luxurious-feeling body, top-notch performance and battery life to keep most of the competition under control.
Truth be told, the design hasn’t really been charged since the 2017 iPhone X was launched. The back is now frosted glass, which looks especially good in silver, and has a triple camera setup on the top left. The rest remains almost unchanged.
Apple’s Face ID is still the best, most widely supported facial recognition system in the business. The new A13 Bionic chip still leads the pack. The gesture navigation system continues to be one of the best, and you’re set for roughly five years of iOS software updates after release — at least two more than any other manufacturer offers.
This year, iPhone 11 Pro introduces a significantly improved triple camera with ultra-wide, wide and telephoto lenses that matches the best competitors in photography and surpasses them in video. It now has an effective night mode as well.
Using A Phone Overseas: The Best Smartphones For Travel In 2022
It’s not all sweetness – starting with just 64GB of storage is a bummer. The old Lightning connector still remains in place of the new USB-C standard. There’s no 5G option and it’s very expensive – you’re not buying the iPhone 11 Pro looking for value for money. Plus iOS 13 has been a mixed bag since its introduction, with many bugs that have been patched.
But overall, no other phone can match the iPhone 11 Pro in power, strength and size. The iPhone 11 Pro is the smallest phone you can buy and the best iOS.
Whether you want the best small phone, or simply the best Apple phone, then the iPhone 11 Pro is fantastic, but comes at a significant cost

The 5 Best Phones For Kids In 2022
If you want Android’s sweet spot between a big, stunning screen and a smaller phone size that’s easier to handle and fit in your pocket, the Galaxy S10 is it.
The 6.1-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a small punch-hole in the top right corner is one of the best on the market and is large enough to make most apps and movies look great.
The small bezels around make the phone quite compact compared to its competitors and it’s also lightweight. It’s still a sandwich of glass and metal, which means you need protection from drops.
The Galaxy S10 was recently updated with Samsung’s new One UI 2 software based on the latest Android 10 with much improved navigation gestures. You should get three years of software support from Samsung, though the company is typically slower than Google and OnePlus to deliver updates to major Android versions.
The Best Samsung Phones Of 2022: Here Are Our Top Picks
The triple rear camera is good, allowing you to zoom from 0.5 to 2x and up to 10x hybrid zoom. It won’t beat the Pixel 4 XL or the iPhone 11 Pro, but it gets the job done. The selfie camera sticks directly to the screen and is one of the best on the market.
Performance is good but battery life is a little weak, lasting a day of use but not much more. The under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor has proven to be a bit slow and cumbersome over time, which can be annoying.
A big-screen Android experience in a relatively small phone is the main selling point, but a good camera, performance and looks also help.
The Huawei P30 Pro has a big, beautiful display, long battery life and a game-changing camera with exceptional low-light performance, 5x optical zoom and up to 50x digital zoom. Photo: Samuel Gibbs/The Guardian
Apple Iphone Se (2022) Review: Small Size, Big Value
The best camera on a phone is the Huawei P30 Pro by some margin. Even at the end of 2019, no other phone offers such a comprehensive combination as Huawei’s new Leica quad camera.
The 20-megapixel 0.6x ultra-wide-angle camera is fun, the main 40-megapixel camera is great, and it’s paired with a new periscope 5x optical zoom camera that gets you closer than any other smartphone. If five times the zoom wasn’t enough, there’s an excellent 10x hybrid zoom up top, and then digital zoom up to 50x. A time-of-flight 3D depth sensor completes the modules on the back.
In addition to excellent zoom levels, the P30 Pro also has low-light performance that instantly turns night into day without waiting a few seconds to shoot. The P30 Pro may not have the best night vision rival, but in most cases it just doesn’t need it.
The rest of the phone is great too, with stunning color options. Large 6.47-inch FHD + OLED
